About ARCC The Singapore National Employers Federation's (SNEF) Advisory, Resource and Consultancy Centre (ARCC) serves as a one-stop platform for advisory, consultancy, and workforce transformation support for employers. ARCC supports employers in navigating Singapore's evolving employment landscape by providing practical guidance on employment law, strategic human resource management, workforce transformation, and progressive workplace practices. Job Purpose The Executive will support ARCC's efforts to strengthen employers’ Human Resource (HR)capabilities through the development of practical HR resources, employer advisory support, outreach initiatives, and operational administration. The role offers opportunities to work on a broad range of employment law, human capital, and workforce transformation topics while contributing to thought leadership initiatives that support Singapore employers. Key Responsibilities Research and Content Development • Conduct research on employment legislation, workplace policies, HR trends, and workforce transformation initiatives. • Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, articles, and thought leadership materials on Employment Act, workplace regulations, and emerging HR issues. • Develop practical resources such as play books, toolkits, case studies, templates, and best practice guides for employers. • Support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and briefing papers for internal and external stakeholders. Employer Advisory and Engagement • Serve as a first point of contact for employer enquiries relating to grants and other available support schemes. • Triage and assess enquiries, providing preliminary guidance and escalating complex cases to relevant departments where appropriate. Marketing and Administrative Support • Assist in developing marketing materials and social media communications • Coordinate outreach efforts (webinars, workshops, and employer engagement activities) to increase awareness and adoption of ARCC programmes • Support project management and administration for ARCC initiatives. • Assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required. Requirements • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline. • Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience. candidate with no experience may be considered. • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance. • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
