About the Role Telus Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Finance Assistant to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This role is based at Paya Lebar Square and will provide essential administrative and financial support to our CIO. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations. What you'll be doing • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CIO • Handling financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense management, and petty cash management • Preparing financial reports, statements, and other documentation • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned What we're looking for • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Finance Assistant role • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisational and time management abilities • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude Job summary Be at the heart of executive support and finance operations, making a real impact on our team’s success.
