About this role
Responsibilities • Assist Operations Manager in overseeing the operations, which include warehousing and customer service functions. • Ensure activities performed are adhere to ISO, GDPMDS, 5S standards. • Lead a team of warehouse and administration personnel to ensure that services provided meet customer's requirements and expectations. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring to ensure program targets are met. • Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities. • Control and manage purchases, headcount and overtime. • Process mapping for new or changed business requirements. • Drive for cost savings and productivity initiatives for customers. • Identify and schedule training for warehouse and administration personnel. • Ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service. • Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning. • Detail oriented, analytical and innovative. • Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
