About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Experiential Executive to support our Experiential team across event execution, partner management, and marketing deliverables. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to large-scale events, brand partnerships, and campaign execution - with a pathway to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Project & Timeline Management • Track project timelines across multiple events and activations • Ensure internal teams meet key milestones and flag potential delays • Proactively identify missing requirements, dependencies, or risks Partner & Sponsor Management • Support day-to-day liaison with partners, sponsors, and vendors • Assist in managing deliverables (e.g. branding, entitlements, campaign assets) • Respond to sponsor enquiries in a timely and professional manner Marketing Coordination • Track and maintain marketing calendars for partner deliverables • Liaise closely with internal marketing PICs to ensure alignment • Review marketing assets before publishing (e.g. accuracy, branding, deliverables) • Coordinate internal approvals before release to partners or public Administrative & Operational Support • Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting • Maintain trackers for partner deliverables and campaign status • Support general coordination across experiential projects What We’re Looking For • 0–2 years of experience (events, marketing, partnerships, or similar) • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow through on tasks • Good communication skills (written & verbal) • Comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders • Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, or similar Nice to Have • Experience in events, agencies, or brand partnerships • Familiarity with marketing campaigns or social media execution • Interest in experiential marketing, festivals, and youth culture
