Scope Overview • Ensure timely receipting performed for all payment modes in system • Perform giro collection & credit card recurring for GI products • Perform credit card charging for GI products • Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations • Resolving customer queries and enquiries in relation to their accounts • Timely in clearing unreconciled premium collection in bank statement and SOA • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Other ad hoc administration duties Ideal Candidate • Experience with finance background preferred • Experience in Insurance space • Meticulous, details-oriented and able to multi-task. • Good team player Singapore’s #1 insurer in The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Employers 2026
