Executive, Learning Support (1 month temp)

ASPRI-IPI, the training arm of ASPRI, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing the Process Industry in Singapore. Position Overview This is a 1 month temporary assignment supporting both the Operation and Service Quality units in ASPRI-IPI. This role is paid hourly. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Daily operation i) Centre Opening (classroom / workshop / ushering / courseware retrieving for classes that have ended) ii) Attendance taking iii) Minor ad-hoc request from trainers iv) Attendance preparation for new classes v) Courseware packing vi) Centre Closing (refreshment packing / Courseware storing (new class) / classroom / workshop) 2. Batching i) Checking of post-courseware and inform Ops on the follow up ii) Updating and verifying of batch log file to ensure accuracy 3. Evaluation i) Post-evaluation scanning ii) Update evaluation log file iii) Verify evaluation log file 4. Safety Pass i) Verify safety pass (WSQ/ASTER) ii) Verify safety pass tracker (Jimily) You should possess the following: • Minimum Diploma preferably in Training and Adult Education sector; • No experience required as On-the-job training will be provided; • Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadline and pressure; • Strong adaptability skill, able to work independently as well as in a team; • Strong communication skills with good customer service aptitude; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications; • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shift duties on workday evenings and weekends (OT will be compensated accordingly) • Working location at Jalan Papan (shuttle pickup at Chinese Garden MRT) • Immediate starters preferred
