About this role
Purpose of the Role: This is a fast-track leadership development program designed to groom future leaders for Zuellig Pharma. The program involves a 2+1-year rotational period across various business units and markets in Asia. Trainees will work on high-impact projects, receive direct mentorship from executive leadership, and are expected to propose and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate from a top-tier business school with prior work experience, and willingness to be based and relocate within the APAC region. What You’ll Do: ▪ Rotational Assignments: Complete assignments across business units and markets to gain comprehensive exposure to commercial, operational, and strategic functions. ▪ Project Management: Lead and contribute to significant tasks and projects in areas like commercial development, product/operations management, supply chain, and enabling functions. ▪ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, to achieve business objectives. ▪Process Improvement: Identify and drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and support strategic growth. ▪ Leadership Development: Receive personalized mentorship and sponsorship from senior leaders throughout your rotations. Must-Have: ▪ Education: A full-time Professional MBA from one of the World's Top Business Schools. You must have graduated within the last 18 months OR will graduate in 2026. ▪ Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional work experience prior to MBA studies. ▪ Nationality & Mobility: Have work authorization in at least one of Zuellig Pharma’s key Asian markets (Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia) and demonstrate willingness and ability to relocate across markets within Asia as required.
