About this role
The Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) is part of the Training Partners Group in SSG which aims to build a robust and high quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development. Specifically, IDD1 is responsible for:Supports account management, administrative, and operational delivery for CET centres, SkillsFuture QueenBee, Programme Partner and provides coordinated backend and selected course processing support to ensure continuity of operations during periods of increased workload. This job role reports to a Team Lead in the division. The candidate will perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s): a) Administrative and Operational Support • Supports the Account Managers on administrative and operational matters. • Coordinates internal and external communications related to programme operations. • Maintains administrative records, trackers, and supporting documentation. • Provides logistical and scheduling support for meetings and briefings. b) Course Processing Support (Selected Components) • Supports selected course processing activities through data collation and backend coordination. • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate processing workflows. • Provides surge administrative support during peak processing periods Requirements: • Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently • Demonstrated 1 to 3 years’ experience in a data-centric operating environment and/or programme review • A resilient, resourceful, and adaptable team player with agile learning abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive insights from data to address issues • Performance-driven, outcome-oriented, methodical, process-oriented and meticulous • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines • Proficient in collating, managing, analysing, and presenting data • Excellent writing, communication, and digital literacy skills • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities • Adaptable and open to learning, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth Candidates are encouraged to create a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include the public CSP profile link in their application.
