Executive/Senior Executive(Business Development)

Job Responsibilities1. Facilitate Business Opportunities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute business delegation visits, ensuring all logistics and arrangements are well-organized. • Arrange and manage meetings between key stakeholders and potential clients/partners during these visits. • Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and materials required for business opportunities. • Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to align business development efforts with marketing strategies. • Assist in the coordination of events, conferences, or workshops relevant to business development. • Support the BD team with administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, organizing files, and preparing meeting materials. • Support BD team in coordination of client meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to inquiries or concerns. 2. Proposal and Report Preparation: • Create, edit, and format marketing/project proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's objectives. • Generate business development reports, summarizing activities, outcomes, and future plans for management review. 3. Other Responsibilities: • Keep abreast of industry news, economic developments, and changes in the business landscape that could impact the company. • Stay flexible to take on other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall business development objectives. Job Requirements• • Minimum Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline • Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Engineering or Construction industry. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong command in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders. • Self-motivated, strong willed and highly initiative. • Independent, mature and steady to handle challenging situations and/or projects. • Proficient in Microsoft excel/ powerpoint. Proficient in other software such as Photoshop/ Illustrator will be plus point.
