About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Assists in preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities. • Assists with monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules. • Analyzing operational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports for management. • Supporting and preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. • Developing revenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI. • Prepare and assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting. • Supports and assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides. • Leverage automation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes. • Participate and support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, Expenses Management System. • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
