About this role
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Executive /Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to provide maternity cover support for our Talent Acquisition function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to enhance the hiring experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to senior executive level • Liaise with tertiary institutions, career offices, and external partners to build internship pipelines • Coordinate internship programs including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of interns • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires • Participate at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing materials (e.g. job ads, social media posts, brochures) • Support and drive ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related projects (e.g. enhancements to TA workflows and candidate experience) • Assist in reviewing and updating HR and recruitment-related policies Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR, preferably handling end-to-end recruitment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently • Immediate or short notice preferred
