F&B CustomerService Staff (Full Time/Part Time) If you are adynamic and motivated person who has strong interpersonal skills and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE to the company, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Set up and maintain assigned tables with proper cutlery and glassware aligned to service standards • Have thorough knowledge of menu items including ingredients, pricing and preparation time • Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude • Provide menu recommendations appropriately • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and safety at all times • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines • Assist with any other duties assigned by Manager Requirement: • Prior experience in restaurant or hotel F&B is an advantage • Passion for delivering high quality guest service • Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills • Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays Benefits • Basic + Allowances+ Medical benefits + FREE movies! • Attractive bonuses(applies to full-timers only). • Career advancement opportunities. • FUN and LIVELY working environment.
