Job Summary Service crew members deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively, managing multiple tasks, and supporting sales and payment processing in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities * Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction * Accurately take customer orders and promote menu items to support sales growth * Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure smooth service operations * Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using digital register systems * Perform basic mathematical calculations to handle cash and payment transactions correctly * Operate point-of-sale and payment processing systems using basic computer skills * Maintain physical stamina to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift stock items safely * Make homemade drinks, mocktails and milkshakes * Serve food items and dishes to customers’ tables Preferred competencies and qualifications * Willingness to undergo training to develop sales and service skills Other Information * Attractive medical benefits, annual leave, career progression, and in-house training available * Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted * Contact: Sulaiman: 9137 0491
