As City Sprouts continues to expand across Singapore, we are looking for a Facilities & Leasing Administrator to support the smooth operations of our growing portfolio of community spaces. This role plays a key part in managing tenancy matters, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting business development initiatives that contribute to the organisation's long-term growth and impact. What Will You Be Doing • Oversee and coordinate all tenancy and leasing matters, including lease administration, invoice generation, rental collection tracking, and sales reporting. • Review, maintain, and manage tenancy agreements, lease documents, and related contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Serve as the main point of contact between landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders, addressing tenancy-related matters and facilitating effective communication. • Coordinate with various departments to resolve facility, tenancy, and operational issues while supporting overall organisational objectives. • Provide responsive and professional customer service to tenants, partners, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. • Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, meeting coordination, documentation management, and partnership administration. • Assist in conducting market research on leasing opportunities, potential collaborations, and industry trends to support strategic planning. • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to leasing, facilities, and business development activities. • Support the planning and administration of site operations, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for all users. • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management. Who Are We Looking For • Diploma or Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines. • Experience in leasing administration, tenancy management, facilities coordination, property management, or administrative support roles will be an advantage. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, partners, and colleagues. • Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing contracts, agreements, and operational documentation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • A proactive and resourceful team player who is willing to learn and contribute beyond their core responsibilities. • Someone who enjoys working in a purpose-driven organisation and is excited to be part of building vibrant community spaces across Singapore. • A positive and adaptable individual who embraces challenges and enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
