Job Details: • Location: Tanjong Pagar • Working hrs: Mon to Fri 10am - 7pm • 1 year contract (possible to convert) Job Scope • Provide basic and accurate information in-person / teams / email of general enquiries • Welcome guests / direct to seating area • Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival • Logging goods in upon receiving deliveries and follow up with recipients • Arrange for courier pickups (import/export/local/third party/pallets) • Issuance of new joiner pack / Leavers to sign off for locker clearance • Updating of locker master file for new hires / leavers • Replenish stationery as and when necessary • Maintain stock count, purchase of stationery when stock is low Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
