About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand candidates needs, role requirements and team dynamics • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portal and social media. • Review resumes, screen and engage with potential candidates, ensure a good match of qualify candidates to match the positions needed • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : posting jobs, facilitating hiring manager interviews, coordinating and onboarding • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulatory guidelines • Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach strategies. • Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets. • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
