Job Description We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our clinic as part-time Clinic Assistants. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, is attentive to detail, and is keen to learn in a healthcare setting. You will be part of the clinic’s front-line team, helping to create a positive patient experience while supporting smooth and efficient daily operations. Full training on clinic workflows and systems will be provided. Working Hours This is a part-time rostered role. The expected commitment will be: • 1 to 2 weekdays per week, which may include evening shifts • Weekend shifts Working days and hours are subject to the evolving operational needs of the clinic. Remuneration S$13 to S$15 per hour, depending on relevant clinic experience and suitability. Key Responsibilities • Welcome, register and guide patients through their clinic visit in a warm and professional manner • Manage appointments, phone calls, messages, billing and queue flow • Assist doctors during consultations and procedures when required • Dispense medications safely and accurately, with clear patient-friendly explanations • Process CHAS, Medisave and insurance claims using clinic management platforms • Maintain stock levels, assist with inventory management and ensure consultation rooms are ready for use • Uphold infection control standards and maintain cleanliness of work areas • Support daily clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture Requirements • Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma • Female candidates are required as the role involves chaperone duties for female patients during clinical examinations by male doctors • Prior clinic experience is preferred. Experience with patient registration, appointment management, medication dispensing, billing, CHAS, Medisave or insurance claims will be an advantage • Good communication skills and a patient-oriented mindset • Pleasant, professional, and able to work well with patients and colleagues • Able to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a busy clinic environment • Basic computer proficiency required • Able to work rostered weekday, evening, and weekend shifts • Willing to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a supportive clinic team What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and professional, with a willingness to learn and grow with the clinic.
