Overview: We are hiring a Field Marketing Associate (SEA). This role supports the execution of field marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This position is highly hands-on and execution-driven, working closely with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver events, campaigns, and programs that drive pipeline and revenue. The role focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and on-the-ground delivery rather than high-level strategy. Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities: Field Marketing & Event Execution • Support end-to-end execution of field marketing programs, including: • In-person events (conferences, roundtables, meetups) • Virtual events (webinars) • Manage logistics such as venues, vendors, event materials, registrations, and on-site coordination. • Ensure events and campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Sales & Campaign Support • Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to align field activities with pipeline and revenue goals. • Assist with campaign activation, including: Email invites, Event promotions , Sales enablement materials • Coordinate follow-ups and support post-event engagement. Lead Management & CRM Operations • Upload, track, and manage leads generated from events and campaigns in Salesforce. • Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely lead handover to sales. • Support ongoing CRM hygiene and process adherence. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Assist in tracking field marketing KPIs such as: • Event attendance • Leads generated • Pipeline influenced • Support basic reporting and post-campaign analysis. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration • Work with regional and global marketing teams to adapt campaigns for the SEA market. • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation (execution-focused). • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments. • Proven ability to manage multiple events or campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting. • Hands‑on experience supporting events, webinars, or field programs end to end. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and basic lead management processes. • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and external vendors. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Willingness to be hands‑on and operational, including logistics and on‑site event support. Preferred Skills: • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Splash, or similar platforms. • Prior exposure to SEA regional marketing or multi‑country campaign execution. • Comfort working with event lead data, reporting, and KPI tracking. • Ability to localise or adapt global campaigns for regional audiences. • Experience working closely with sales or SDR teams on pipeline‑driven marketing initiatives. • Strong time management and problem‑solving skills in high‑execution environments. • Additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus, but not mandatory.
