About this role
Responsibilities • Support financial operations by managing daily transactions, preparing financial reports. • Update financial spreadsheets daily to record transactions accurately for financial tracking • Record accounts payable and receivable to manage company cash flow effectively • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely payments and collections • Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management Preferred competencies and qualifications • Work experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar finance role • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures to maintain accurate financial records • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors and ensure data accuracy • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
