About this role
Role Overview We are looking for ahighly motivated Finance & Corporate Development Associate to support abroad range of finance, corporate development, general admin and corporategovernance activities across the Aspire group entities. This is an operationaland a growth-oriented role where responsibilities and ownership will expandsignificantly over time. The successfulcandidate will work closely with the Aspire Directors, finance team, externaladvisors, auditors, banks, and service providers, playing a key role insupporting financial and general operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Finance Operations • Manage and support finance-related workflows across multiple group entities • Support payment processing, approvals, and treasury operations • Gradually take ownership of payment approval processes for designated entities, subject to established governance and authorization frameworks • Liaise with banking partners and consultants on operational and financial matters • Coordinate with auditors and facilitate timely completion of audit requirements Corporate Development Support • Assist with investment execution and related activities across the group companies. • Work closely with the Corporate Development team to implement investment and capital allocation decisions • Support investment monitoring, documentation, and reporting processes Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Support • Support company secretarial and governance activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Assist with statutory filings, documentation, board-related matters, and corporate records management • Coordinate with advisors and service providers to ensure compliance requirements are met Administrative & Operational Support • Provide office administration and operational support as required • Drive follow-through on key action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables • Work along with Aspire global support teams for managing operational activities of Aspire Singapore Essential Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field • Strong foundation in finance, accounting, treasury, or corporate finance • Understanding of investment processes, capital allocation, and financial markets • Experience interacting with banks, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Familiarity with company secretarial and corporate governance processes Key Competencies • Strong financial and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • High level of professionalism and discretion • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment • Working with global teams Growth Opportunity This role is designed to evolve significantly over time.
