Finance Executive (Office Hour/Govt/No Exp Ok)

Alexandra Road | Office Hours | $2,760 Working Arrangements• Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension) • Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities• Support daily finance operations and ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time • Assist with accounting functions such as: • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • General Ledger (GL) • Fixed Assets (FA) • Help with data entry, reconciliations, and basic reporting • Participate in process improvement and system-related tasks • Ensure compliance with finance policies and guidelines • Assist with ad-hoc duties and team support Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Familiarity with process improvement, systems, or data-related work is an advantage • Basic understanding of accounting concepts (AP/AR/GL) By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy(scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
