About this role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assists in preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities. • Assists with monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules. • Analyzing operational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports for management. • Supporting and preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. • Developing revenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI. • Prepare and assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting. • Supports and assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides. • Leverage automation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes. • Participate and support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, Expenses Management System. • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Accounting & Finance. • 3-5 years of working experience in accounting. • Experience and good knowledge in MS Office, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP Hana/ B1.
