Asset Management You will maintain and update Technology Group’s asset register, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded, classified, and depreciated in line with accounting standards and internal policies. You will plan and conduct asset verification exercises where required, stock-take exercise and reconciliations, and oversee the end-to end process for asset registration, transfers, disposals, and write-offs. • Lifecycle operations - The lifecycle of Financial assets and Non-financial trackable items across their lifecycle from procurement till decommissioning, across financial and field asset tracking, asset registration in systems • Capitalisation operations - To drive capitalisation at the appropriate point in the lifecycle • Stock takes and inspections - Across assets throughout TG • Asset operational controls - To conduct control and review activities on assets, and to operationalise controls and ensuring all assets are tracked and tagged Finance Operations You will oversee the timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring proper approvals and documentation are in place. On the receivables side, you will submit billing when required by Divisions. Support financial year-end closing processes, including preparation of accruals and ensuring asset depreciation is completed. Coordinate with Finance dept/auditors during year-end audit processes and provide necessary documentation • Accounts Payables - Managing and executing the invoice payment operations for TG • Accounts Receivables - Managing and executing the invoicing and collection for TG • Financial reporting - Reporting and analysis of financials for technology management • FY closing accrual management - Accrual management and operations, across financial period Budgeting & Financial Planning You will support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working with various Divisions to consolidate inputs and track capital and operating expenditure. You will monitor budget performance, flag variances, and prepare management reports to support financial decision-making. Compliance & Controls You will ensure all finance operations comply with relevant regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. You will liaise with internal and external auditors and support the preparation of financial statements and schedules as required. Office Management You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and pleasant working environment. This includes managing office supplies, pantry, mails and inventory. Facilities and space management for TG, which includes the management of furniture, renovations, space and seating management. Change Management & Transformation You will play an active role in supporting and driving organisational transformation initiatives, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and implement change effectively. This includes assessing the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems, and developing change management plans that address stakeholder needs and minimise disruption. Identify digital transformation and drive automation in TBM’s processes in Asset, Finance and Office Management to improve operational effectiveness. Design eDM to deliver communication to keep staff informed and engaged throughout changes, transformation efforts, and develop training and capability-building programmes to support the adoption of new ways of working. Where relevant, you will support the implementation of new systems, tools, or workflows, ensuring that changes are embedded sustainably within the organisation. Requirements The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of relevant experience across finance and office administration functions. Experience in asset management and AP/AR is essential, finance data analysis and visualisation, while prior office management experience will be a strong advantage. Experience in automation, business transformation, process re-engineering and change management You should beproficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, AI tools,familiar with Workday and AMS systems is an advantage, Canva. Strongorganisational, versatile and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, anda proactive, can-do attitude are key to succeeding in this role.
