This is a high-impact contract role created to support the growing complexity of a USD 350M business across Diagnostics & Bioscience divisions, following strategic integration. You’ll sit at the heart of regional finance — transforming data into insights, enabling business decisions, and partnering with stakeholders across markets. Why This Role MattersThis is not just reporting — it’s about building clarity from complexity. You will play a critical role in strengthening financial visibility across APAC by driving data consolidation, performance tracking, and planning support, directly influencing leadership decisions in a fast-evolving environment. What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & Analysis • Extract, cleanse, consolidate, and reconcile financial data across Actuals, Budget, and Forecast. • Ensure alignment across Sales, S&OP, and in-market performance data. • Deliver country and business unit performance reports with clear insights. Performance Management • Track KPIs and key financial metrics across APAC markets. • Support monthly close cycles, variance analysis, and business performance reviews. FP&A & Planning Support • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Support operating performance reporting and generate actionable insights. Regional & Country Collaboration • Operate across a 50/50 split between regional FP&A and country-level support. • Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy. Data, Systems & Process Improvement • Work across ERP and planning tools (SAP, BPC/FSM, Power BI). • Enhance reporting templates, streamline consolidation processes, and improve data integrity. What You'll Bring• 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in a regional or multinational environment. • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. • Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities. • Hands-on experience with systems such as SAP, BPC/FSM, or Power BI. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Effective communicator with the confidence to work cross-functionally.
