Flexi / Locum Occupational Therapist - Singaporean/PR only

We are recruiting Locum Occupational Therapist/ Senior Occupational Therapist for various healthcare institution in the intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) sector. Roles and Responsibilities: • Assess the client's Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Instrumental ADL (IADL), leisure abilities, functional status, cognition, perception and psychosocial status. • Set suitable therapeutic goals and develop and implement suitable intervention plans for the client. • Conduct trainings to TAs as and when required to ensure competent implementation of your intervention plans and wheelchair transfers etc. • Provide advice on the use of orthosis, prothesis or assistive / adaptive devices to maintain or improve ADL performances. • Conduct home assessment and recommendations on home modification (if required). • Provide caregiver training and patient education. • Plan and implement community integration activities.
