Florist – Flower Bouquet Wrapper

Job Summary You will assist in floral bouquet production by preparing materials, wrapping bouquets, and maintaining a clean work area, while adapting to workflow and bouquet styles with on-the-job guidance. Responsibilities • Wrap floral bouquets accurately to meet style standards and customer expectations • Assist in producing floral bouquets by preparing and assembling materials efficiently • Prepare and organize wrapping materials and ribbons to ensure smooth workflow • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to support productivity and safety • Adapt to different bouquet styles and workflows through on-the-job guidance • Respond constructively to feedback and continuously improve bouquet production skills • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in bouquet wrapping or similar handcraft roles such as gift wrapping, hamper wrapping, or packaging • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with hands to complete tasks accurately • Attention to detail to ensure good presentation of floral products • Adaptability to work under fast-paced conditions • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Other Information Benefits • Weekdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm Location • Ubi Techpark Compensation • $2,100 – $2,200 per month (depending on experience and suitability) Eligibility • Open to Singaporeans, PRs, Dependant Pass holders, and LTVP holders
