We provide top-quality flowers and exceptional service to our clients across Singapore. We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible Florist to join our team and help us deliver the freshest blooms to our customers with creativity and efficiency. Job Responsibility: • Prepare and arrange fresh flower bouquets, table arrangements, and floral installations according to design standards • Assist with customization of floral orders based on customer preferences and occasions (e.g. weddings, corporate events, daily orders) • Ensure proper handling, conditioning, and maintenance of fresh flowers to maintain quality and freshness • Support daily operations including order processing, packing, and preparation for delivery • Coordinate with the team to meet deadlines for same-day and scheduled orders • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, tools, and storage areas • Assist with setup and teardown for events such as weddings, ROMs, and corporate functions • Provide friendly and professional customer service, including walk-in and online enquiries • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies • Follow company guidelines on design, quality control, and branding standards Job Requirements • Prior experience in floristry or a related field is preferred (training can be provided for junior candidates) • Basic knowledge of flower types, care, and handling techniques • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) • Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long hours, carrying floral stands, and light lifting • Good attitude, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team • Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required • Comfortable communicating with customers in English (Mandarin is a plus for local clientele) • Meticulous with attention to detail, especially in floral arrangement and order accuracy • Willing to learn and adapt to company’s floral style and standards Employee Benefits • Competitive salary package (based on experience and skill level) • Overtime pay and additional allowances during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) • Performance-based incentives and bonuses • Annual leave, medical leave, and public holiday entitlements (as per MOM guidelines) • Medical benefits (outpatient claims / basic coverage, if applicable) • Staff discounts on floral products and services • Hands-on training and career progression opportunities in floristry and event styling • Friendly and supportive team environment • Opportunity to work on weddings, events, and creative floral installations Job Type: Attachment Internship Pay: From $2,500.00 per month Schedule: • 6 Day Work Week shift • Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay • Performance bonus
