This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder across evaluation and execution o of businesses and projects. No two days are the same — one day may involve researching market opportunities, while the next may involve coordinating with partners, supporting marketing initiatives or exploring new business ideas. Who This Role Is For This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, entrepreneurial and thrive in dynamic environments. Rather than operating within rigid structures or predefined targets, you will be expected to take ownership of projects, set goals independently and drive outcomes. You should enjoy ambiguity, be comfortable wearing multiple hats and take pride in seeing projects through from idea to execution. Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research and prepare concise summaries and recommendations • Support the founder in exploring new business opportunities and strategic initiatives • Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners and external stakeholders • Assist with marketing, social media and content initiatives across various businesses • Arrange meetings, reservations, travel and administrative matters • Track projects, follow-ups and action items • Prepare presentation materials, business proposals and briefing notes • Support ad hoc projects across finance, healthcare, F&B and startup ventures What We Look For • Strong communication and writing skills • Highly organised and detail-oriented • Resourceful and able to work independently • Comfortable speaking with external parties • Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT and productivity software • Curious about business, startups and entrepreneurship • Possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability What Success Looks Like Success in this role is not measured by fixed KPIs, but by your ability to create impact, move projects forward and take ownership.
