Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are a Meta Business Suite expert, a creative storyteller through video, and a lead-generation machine, we want to hear from you. This is a flexible, remote-first role that allows you to manage your own time, with a requirement to touch base at our office once a week for strategy and alignment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, social media, and wellness — yoga/fitness background is a bonus! Key Responsibilities• Social Media Management: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns across Meta Business Suite (Facebook) and Instagram. • Content Creation: Filming and editing high-quality, engaging short-form video content (Reels/Youtube/TikTok style) to drive brand awareness. • Lead Generation: Develop and manage social media funnels specifically designed to capture high-quality leads. • Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and content uploads on our WordPress site to ensure a seamless user experience. • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide weekly reports on campaign performance and lead conversion rates. Requirements• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing Meta Ads Manager and Instagram growth. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor or similar builders) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva). • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create lead-gen workflows that actually convert. • Communication: Strong command of English with a knack for writing catchy captions and ad copy. • Reliability: Able to work independently while meeting deadlines and attending the weekly in-studio meeting. Role Details• Type: Freelance / Contract. • Location: Remote (Work-from-home), with twice per week (1-2 hours each) required at our studio. • Compensation: $1600 per month
