About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Attend to walk-in parents and customers. • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. • Assist with student registration and course enquiries. • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and handle petty cash. • Support teachers with materials, attendance, and class dismissal. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Diploma in any discipline (Fresh graduates welcome). • Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience is an advantage. • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers). • Must have patience and responsibilities. • Friendly, organized and a good team player. • Basic computer skills (MS office). Working Hours: Weekdays: 11:00AM to 9:00PM Weekends: 9:00AM to 6:00PM 5-day work week on a rotating schedule, including weekends. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
