Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

Roles& Responsibilities JobDescription We are seeking a dedicatedand customer-oriented individual to support our branch operations and deliverexcellent service to our clients. The role involves front deskresponsibilities, customer care, administrative tasks, and coordination toensure smooth daily operations of the outlet. What we’re looking for: · Friendly, professional, andcustomer-service oriented · Strong organizational and multitasking skills · Comfortable with basic computer applications · Prior admin, front desk, or customer service experience preferred· Part-time (3-4 days/week) on weekends · Location: Marine Parade Requirements: Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to support service quality and customer retention. Fluent in Mandarin and English for communication with parents Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Wechat, WhatsApp, etc. Fresh graduates from poly are welcome, S pass application is available.
