Qualifications: • Previous customer service or hospitality experience: Whether in cafés, restaurants, or retail, we value your experience in making people feel welcome. • Strong communication skills: You know how to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and handle different situations with ease. • A genuine love for people: You’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, making connections, and ensuring they have an unforgettable time. • Attention to detail: You understand that the little things—like remembering a guest’s name or offering a personalized recommendation—can make all the difference. • Barista experience: For baristas, previous experience with espresso machines, coffee drinks, and providing excellent coffee service is a big plus. • Ability to multitask: You can juggle multiple responsibilities with a calm, collected approach in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility: You’re willing to jump in wherever needed, whether it's greeting guests, assisting with orders, preparing coffee, or ensuring the café runs smoothly.
