Job Title: Front of House Crew (Part-Time) — Flatty Wap Salary: $18–$20/hour (based on experience) Employment type: Part-time, 20–25 hours/week, with a path to full-time Location: One Raffles Place, B1-27 (CBD / Raffles Place MRT) Job Description: Flatty Wap is a new New York-inspired pressed wrap kiosk opening in the heart of the CBD. We make everything from scratch and we care more than we probably should. We're now looking for the face of the front counter. This isn't a stand-and-scan job. You're the first and last person every customer deals with — you pack the bags, hand them over, and set the energy of the whole place. If you're the kind of person who's genuinely warm with strangers, fast under a lunch rush, and proud of getting the small things right, you'll fit us perfectly. What you'll do: • Pack and check orders accurately, then hand them over with genuine warmth • Keep the front counter fast, clean, and running smoothly through peak hours • Be the welcoming face of the brand — read the queue, keep it moving, make people's day a little better • Work closely with the kitchen to keep service tight during the 11–2 rush What we're looking for: • Real energy and friendliness — this is the whole job, and it can't be faked • Reliability and a strong work ethic; you show up and you care • Calm and quick when it's busy • Prior F&B or customer-facing experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters more • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore (we'll need to verify your work pass status) What you get: • $18–$20/hour, above the usual crew rate because we want someone who's above the usual • A clear path to full-time for the right person, reviewed at three months • A small brand-new team where you'll actually be seen, not a number
