Full & Part-Time Trainee Asst. Baker (Pastry)

⏰Working Hours & Salary: ▶️Full-Time: • 7am-4pm (OT required depending on production volume) • Gross salary up to $2,300/month ▶️Part-Time: • 7am-1.30pm/ 8am-2.30pm (May need to work additional hours depending on production volume) • $9/hr (Weekdays) ; +$2/hr (Weekends & Public Holidays) Every 4-days' of work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & public holidays) Job Responsibilities: • Perform lamination of dough, including folding, rolling and layering to achieve desired texture and structure. • Carry out pre-shaping of dough for croissants, pastries and other products according to standard specifications. • Support the preparation and portioning of frozen dough items. • Assist in packing and bagging frozen doughs for storage and distribution. • Maintain cleanliness of workstations. • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. ✅Job Requirements: • SINGAPOREANS ONLY • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply ― training will be provided. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • Able to stand for long hours and able to carry moderate loads. • Comfortable working in a cold environment, including entering the freezer to handle frozen dough items ― jacket will be provided. • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
