Job Summary Deliver abacus-mental arithmetic classes in small groups, motivate students, and maintain proactive communication with parents to support student learning progress. Responsibilities • Conduct abacus-mental arithmetic classes in small group settings to enhance students’ math skills • Engage and motivate students actively to foster a positive and effective learning environment • Communicate proactively with parents regarding their child’s learning progress and development • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support overall educational goals • Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor to support centre operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma holder • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with parents • Passion for teaching and working with children • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player • Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends • No prior experience required
