• Well Established Japanese F&B Company • Salary UP$2800 + Incentive + Variable Bonus • Working Location: Central / East • Working days & hours: 5.5 Days • Excellent Welfare & Benefits Job Scope • Assist in the kitchen and food preparation. • Prepare equipment for the cooking process. • Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes. • Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards. • Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation. • Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized. • Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies. • Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
