Job Summary You will conduct and facilitate engaging arts lessons for children aged 4 to 12, collaborate with the team to create artistic works, and contribute to the studio’s growth while gaining experience in arts education, business, and people management. Responsibilities • Plan and deliver arts lessons tailored to children aged 4 to 12 to foster creativity and skill development • Facilitate interactive and age-appropriate art activities that engage children and enhance their artistic abilities • Collaborate with team members to create original artistic works supporting programme objectives • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and maintain a positive, supportive learning environment • Support the studio’s expansion efforts by contributing ideas and participating in programme development • Develop professional skills in arts education, business operations, and people management through active participation in studio activities
