About this role
What will your role be: • Under the guidance of a senior Product Lead or Growth Lead, participate in the formulation and execution of product growth strategies for 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 product development, and focus on core metrics including user acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion. • Conduct user research and market research through quantitative and qualitative methods, and gain insights into user needs and behavioral paths by means of data analysis, user interviews and other approaches. • Participate in the market validation of core or new product features, design experiments (e.g., A/B testing), develop indicator systems, and drive their implementation. • Collaborate with product, marketing, data and other teams to promote GTM (Go-to-Market) projects in various scenarios, such as feature launches, cold start strategies and content recommendation optimization. • Track key data after product launch, identify problems, summarize methodologies, and participate in iterative optimization. • Learn and participate in formulating refined targeting strategies for products across different user groups (e.g., new users/high-frequency users/international users), including push notification and operational activity strategies. • Develop a deep understanding of the characteristics of AI products, and enhance product thinking for C-end users, growth awareness, and cross-team communication and collaboration capabilities through practice. What an ideal candidate means to us: • Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Engineering is preferred. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, etc.), with strong logical thinking and structured analysis capabilities. • A keen interest in user growth, product iteration, market validation and related fields, with strong product sensitivity and data insight. • Basic understanding of the product development process, with good awareness of cross-team communication and collaboration. • Fluent in English as a working language, and able to adapt to a multicultural team environment. • A strong sense of curiosity and self-motivation, with a willingness to continuously learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment. • Overseas study experience or practical experience in international product internships/projects is a plus.
