[Gov] Digital Experience Officer

Join a government agency to support the development and enhancement of digital services, websites, and user experience across key platforms! • Up to $5,000 per month! • Contract Period: 9 months (maternity cover) • Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm • Location: West region What You’ll Be Doing: • Design and improve UI/UX for digital services to enhance user experience and accessibility • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on user behaviour and analytics • Support digital projects and initiatives, including testing and troubleshooting issues • Ensure digital content and platforms align with organizational goals and branding standards What We’re Looking For: • Singaporean only • Experience in web content management, UI/UX, or digital platforms • Familiarity with CMS tools, SEO principles, and basic web analytics • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
