Job Responsibilities Institution Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting • Prepares Institution’s annual budget and regular forecasts to Group for timely decision making. • Prepares financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management with timely intervention and decision making. • Support variance analysis for management review, e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts. Capital Investment • Support the Institution’s digital transformation projects through finance lens review. • Evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities. Governance • Periodic reviews of Institution’s internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimised. • Multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls. Stakeholder Management • Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution. Job Requirements • Degree in Accountancy/profession accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant) or degree in Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 2-4 years of related working experience.
