Engagement Manager • Working Hours: Mon-Fri • Working Location: Central • Remuneration Package: Up to $7,500 Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Engagement Manager to drive partnerships and manage industry engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating stakeholder interactions, supporting strategic engagement activities, and contributing to the organization’s broader partnership and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Liaise and coordinate with external stakeholders to manage engagement requests in alignment with organizational priorities and goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare engagement assessments, meeting briefs, and other materials for Management’s review. • Ensure all engagements are properly logged, monitored, and that follow-up actions are completed promptly. • Assist in compiling, collating, and analyzing supplier or partner data for reporting and strategic planning purposes. • Conduct research on the ICT industry landscape and emerging trends to inform engagement strategies. • Provide additional support for partnership and engagement activities as needed. Requirements: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities. • A team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to perform basic data analysis and generate reports. • Experience with CRM applications and Tableau will be advantageous. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the ICT industry or related sectors.
