[GOVT] Senior Executive (Operations Support)

Duration: 3 months (extendable) Salary: $3,700 – $4,200 per month Work Location: Toa Payoh We are seeking a Senior Executive (Operations Support) to support the smooth operations of hawker centres. The role covers tenancy management, cleaning and facilities coordination, as well as feedback and appeals handling. Key Responsibilities • Work with Hawkers’ Associations (HA), Town Councils (TC), and SFA to address cleanliness, safety, pest control, tenancy extensions, and Repair & Redecoration (R&R) improvement works • Conduct routine checks on stall operations, including licensing compliance, pricing display, encroachment, and general upkeep • Manage tenancy matters, including applications, transfers, assignments, joint operations, changes, and rental waivers • Handle public feedback, iCARE cases, and appeals in a timely and professional manner, in line with service standards • Ensure stallholder compliance with programmes such as the Productive Hawker Centre (PHC) and Incubation Stall Programme (ISP) • Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements • Degree in any discipline • Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Independent, resourceful, and a good team player • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Willing to work outside office hours, including weekends when required Data Protection Notice By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with ScienTec Consulting’s Privacy Policy: scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy.
