About this role
In this Role, you’ll get to: • Conduct reporting and data analysis. • Preparation of presentation materials and client-facing collaterals. Responsible for process documentation within the CSM team. • Assist Customer Managers in developing project proposals. • Assist Client Success Managers in the preparation of business reviews, including but not limited to data analysis and client presentations. • Assist to document and brainstorm solutions related to clients' requirements. What you'll Need to Succeed: • Graduated with a Bachelor Degree • No prior full-time working experience is required • Strong organizational and documentation ability. • Detail oriented with high accuracy in tracking and reporting. • Good analytical skills, proficiency in Excel. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Ability to work cross functionally. • Self-driven, proactive, structured; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
