About the Role As an HR Trainee, you will support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in delivering key people initiatives across the organisation. This role provides broad exposure to HR operations and strategic partnering, including HR functions such as employee engagement, learning and development, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities • Support HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities, including day-to-day HR operations and stakeholder coordination • Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives (e.g. townhalls, culture and wellbeing activities) • Support learning and development programmes, including coordination of trainings and tracking of participation • Contribute to employer branding initiatives • Provide administrative and project support to the HR Manager across ongoing HR initiatives
