About this role
In this Role, you’ll get to • Assist in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns across various platforms. • Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of CRM communications, including email newsletters and app push notifications. • Help manage content calendars and schedule posts for social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Telegram group, TikTok). • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, regional, product teams) to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery. • Monitor and report on campaign performance; assist with basic analysis and insights. • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support campaign planning. • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing innovation. What you'll Need to Succeed • • Graduated with a Bachelor Degree • No prior full-time working experience is required • Based in Singapore, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup (some in-office days required). • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for travel and enthusiasm for Trip.com’s brand and mission.
