About this role
The Growth Operation Manager is responsible for driving business growth by integrating backend operational systems with frontend client engagement and business development activities. The role focuses on building scalable SOPs, optimising workflows, implementing automation, managing vendors and projects, while also overseeing community engagement, events, lead conversion, and client relationships to support overall business performance and expansion. 1.Growth Strategy & Business Development •Develop and execute strategies to generate and convert leads •Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments •Manage end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to conversion •Track and improve conversion rates through data-driven insights 2.Client & Community Management •Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention •Oversee communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp, email, CRM platforms) •Plan and execute webinars, networking sessions, and engagement activities •Build and nurture an active business community 3.Operations & Systems Management •Design and implement SOPs across sales, marketing, and operations •Streamline workflows and convert processes into scalable systems •Implement automation tools (CRM, AI tools, task management systems) •Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency 4.Project & Vendor Management •Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/freelancers •Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution •Maintain quality control across deliverables and client outputs
