Red Dot Penguins is hiring a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer who is committed to join us on a long-term basis. We have a few centres in Singapore, and if you are available to work a few hours during the weekends, WE WANT YOU! Requirements: • Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong command of spoken and written English • Pleasant personality • Friendly and approachable • Reliable and committed individual • Able to commit on Weekends, on a long-term / permanent basis • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry would be an added advantage Working location and hours: SAAC @ Siglap Sun PM: 1.45pm to 6.30pm YMCA @ Dhoby Ghaut Sat AM & PM: 8am to 11.15am & 2.30pm to 6.30pm Sun PM: 2.30pm to 6.30pm For on-the-job training (min 32 hours): SAAC (nearest MRT: Siglap) Sat AM: 8.15am to 12.15pm Sat PM: 2.30pm to 6.30pm Sun PM: 1.45pm to 6.30pm Salary: $15 per hour (During training, $10 per hour) Red Dot Penguins welcome you to join our team.
