Hairstylist

We are seeking a talented, creative, and customer-focused Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a range of hair techniques and dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a welcoming, professional environment. You will be responsible for enhancing clients’ personal appearance and confidence through personalized hair care and styling. Key Responsibilities: • Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, washing, blow-drying, styling, and treatments. • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles and treatments. • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon tools. • Upsell salon products and services when appropriate. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions. Qualifications: • Valid state cosmetology license (or equivalent certification). • Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser. • Strong knowledge of hair treatments, coloring techniques, and styling tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • A professional and well-groomed appearance.
