The OpportunityWe are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the company’s brand growth. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies with a strong focus on brand building, cultural relevance, community engagement, and KOL/influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing instincts and a proven ability to build impactful campaigns that grow awareness, trust, and adoption. This person should be highly connected within the digital technology ecosystem and experienced in working with creators, influencers, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand presence. Responsibilities• Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the company, aligned with global brand and business priorities • Drive brand awareness, positioning, and preference for the company across key markets • Build and execute brand campaigns that are locally relevant and culturally resonant • Own and expand KOL, influencer, and strategic partnership programs • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with high-impact KOLs, creators, communities, and ecosystem partners • Collaborate with global, product, growth, social, PR, and community teams to deliver integrated campaigns • Lead market-specific activations, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and community sentiment to inform strategy and messaging • Manage campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting across brand and partnership initiatives • Build scalable frameworks for evaluating KOL effectiveness, brand impact, and campaign ROI • Support major launches, industry events, and key marketing campaigns Requirements• 6+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to brand marketing, partnerships, or influencer/KOL marketing • Strong understanding of digital technology trends, online communities, and regional market dynamics • Proven track record of building and executing successful brand and KOL campaigns • Deep network of influencers, creators, media, and ecosystem partners • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across global teams • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance brand building and measurable outcomes • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment • Passion for emerging technologies, digital innovation, and community-driven platforms Preferred Qualifications• Prior experience in fintech, consumer technology, digital platforms, or emerging technology industries • Experience marketing products across multiple markets • Familiarity with digital ecosystems, online communities, and technology-driven consumer audiences
