Job Summary We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Head of Operations. This role provides structured training in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and operational management to build competencies for effective business operations support and management. Responsibilities • Develop operational goals, objectives, and workflows in logistics and operations through structured training and practical exposure • Apply professional stakeholder engagement techniques to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners • Build leadership skills by supporting team development, organisational growth, and applying basic coaching methods under mentorship • Participate in decision-making processes by evaluating options and supporting operational decisions with guidance • Design and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness • Assist in creating, implementing, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under supervision • Apply quality assurance practices and ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards Training Structure & Duration: • Structured on-the-job training with mentorship and supervision • Progressive learning across key operational functions • Exposure to real business scenarios with guided responsibilities • Duration of attachment offered: 6 months Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or related fields • Prior experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles is an advantage but not required
